Canada Day 5th Street Mile

Come join a longstanding Comox Valley tradition! We will be running the parade route, down 5th Street and into Simms Park before the parade. This is a fun, family-friendly, fast mile. Register before 9:00 pm, June 30th; NO RACE DAY REGISTRATIONS.

Event Details:

• Bib Pick-Up: Sunday, June 30th, time TBD at FOVEO Running.
• Day of Bib Pickup: Starts at 8:30 am at Lake Trail Community School parking lot (805 Willemar Ave., Courtenay).
• Race Start: 9:30 am at the corner of 5th Street and Woods Ave.
• Timing: No official timing available, but a finish line clock will display elapsed time from the start.
• Refreshments, Draw Prizes, & Awards: These will occur immediately after the race at Simms Millennium Park. All kids receive a freezie award!

Due to safety concerns, no dogs, bikes, or skateboards are allowed. Strollers should be at the back.
