This series is designed for those who want an exciting pre-season race with a limited field. The swim is competitive yet manageable, the bike course is rolling and challenging, and the run is designed for speed on flat terrain.

Course Information

• Swim: A short, approximately 500-yard, out-and-back open water swim.

• Run Course: The 3.1-mile run alongside the lake approaches Cockaponset State Forest; detailed information at Run Course Map.

Registration Fees

• Individual Sprint: $50.47 (500 Yard Swim - 10 Mile Bike - 5K Run) - Registration Period: Mar 10 - May 29
• Relay Sprint: $71.94 (500 Yard Swim - 10 Mile Bike - 5K Run) - Registration Period: Mar 10 - May 29

50% of net proceeds benefit the Valley Shore YMCA Race4Chase Youth Triathlon program in memory of Chase Michael Anthony Kowalski.
