The Central Park Solo Duathlon/ Team Boat Relay is scheduled for Sunday, October 5, 2025, starting at 7:30 AM by the Central Park Boat House parking lot.
Events Included
- Duathlon (Individual) - Run 2.2 miles, Bike 10 miles, Run 2.2 miles
- Row Boat Relay (2-person team) - Includes rowing a boat through Central Park Lake
- Team Relay Duathlon - Structured similar to the individual duathlon, but as a team effort
- Volunteer 1 for 1 - No cost for volunteering
