The 3rd Annual Centre Club 5k is an exciting opportunity for cause-driven individuals and organizations to participate in a 1-mile or 5k run/walk, while supporting the health and wellness of patients, teammates, and community members throughout Lake County.

• One-mile fun run/walk: $34.09 ($30 + processing fee) - Aug 1 - Oct 17
• 5k fun run/walk: $50.14 ($45 + processing fee) - Aug 1 - Oct 17
