Charm City Run Kids XC Series

The Charm City Run Kids XC Series is back and better than ever, with a brand new morning start time! The series consists of five races for kids 14 and under. There are age groups and distances for kids of all ages, and our team is ready to cheer your little racers through what may be the first of many Finish Lines! We'll start with a fun warmup, and then get the races going based on age/distance. Parents are welcome to run with their kids to encourage them and participate in the family fun! After the races, we'll have snacks to celebrate a great time.

Five chances for kids of all ages to run!:

• Gilman School - Sunday, September 7th - (5407 Roland Ave., Baltimore, MD) - 10:00AM
• McDonogh - Sunday, September 14th - (8600 McDonogh Road, Owings Mills, MD) - 10:00AM
• The St. Paul's Schools - Saturday, September 27th - (11232 Falls Rd., Brooklandville, MD) - 10:00AM
• Howard Community College - Sunday, October 5th - (10901 Little Patuxent Pkwy, Columbia, MD 21044) - 10:00AM
• Carroll Park - Sunday, October 19th - (1500 Washington Blvd., Baltimore, MD) - 10:00AM

All participants will receive a ribbon, and the top three girls and boys in each age group will receive a medal. Looking for a consistent fall family activity? Purchase the whole series for a discounted rate (4 for the price of 5!) and see how your kids improve through all five races!

Shirts: Charm City Run XC T-shirts are available for an additional $17.90 - price includes fees (new shirt design coming soon!)

Registration/Packet Pickup: Onsite pre-race starts at 8:30AM and will conclude prior to the race start.

Race Day Schedule of Events:

• 8:30AM: Onsite Registration & Packet Pickup begins
• 9:50AM: Kid-specific warm-up time!
• 10:00AM: Races begin on a rolling schedule! 4 & under race goes first, and each age group race will begin immediately after the prior age group finishes.

Age Group Distance:

• 4 & Under: Quarter mile
• 5 & 6: Half mile
• 7 & 8: Half mile
• 9 & 10: Half mile
• 11 & 12: One mile
• 13 & 14: One mile

Participants may run a different distance than specified for age if they're more comfortable with a longer distance - please specify your desired distance during the registration process!
