Location: Collins Pine Lawn, 500 Main Street, Chester, CA 96020 US

Description: One mile route down historic Main Street! The Almanor Recreation and Park District’s 44th annual Chester 4th of July Fun Run will take place at 9 a.m. on Friday, July 4, 2025. The one mile run/walk will start on the Collins Pine lawn and proceed down Chester’s historic Main Street to the finish at the Bidwell House. Participants will receive a commemorative T-shirt (first 400 registrants) and enjoy refreshments at the finish line. After the event, there will be a 4th of July Craft Fair at Chester Park from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and a 4th of July Parade starting at 11 a.m. on Main Street.

Packet Pickup and On-Site Registration:

• July 3rd, 1 pm to 5 pm at Bodfish Bicycles, 149 Main Street, Chester CA
• Day of event: 7:30 am to 8:30 am at the start location
