Compassion for Animals - 5k Run/Walk

Event Details

Run or Walk 5k on a beautiful spring morning, while enjoying the scenic views of our golf neighborhood! Compassion for Animals is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and every penny received goes to help animals in need.

Date: Sunday, April 13, 2025

Check-in: Starts at 7 AM

Run/Walk Start: 8 AM sharp

Address: 7765 St. Marlo Country Club Pkwy, Duluth, GA 30097 (next to Swim/Tennis)

Course Information

This is a dog-friendly event; participants are welcome to bring their well-behaved dogs on a leash. Awards for overall male/female, master's, and age groups (10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & up) will be given.

Timing and Registration

Runners will be chip-timed. Registration fees are non-refundable. Each participant receives a free t-shirt (size requested). Late registrations after April 1, 2025, cannot guarantee t-shirt availability.

Prices:

• Individual Age Group/Open: 5K - $35 or $40 on the event day

Water stations will be available at registration, the midway point, and the start/finish line. DON'T MISS OUR AWARDS CEREMONY after the Run/Walk!
