Conquer the Rock 25k & 50k
This challenging trail race takes you through Table Rock State Park in South Carolina. Choose from a 25k or 50k course, both offering stunning views and significant elevation gain. The event includes a finisher medal, custom race bib, event-themed giveaways, and post-race pancakes!
- Foothills 50k: Two laps, 11-hour time limit, 5-hour cutoff for the 15.5-mile aid station.
- Bear Crawl 25k: One brutal loop, 11-hour time limit.
- Elevation Change: 16,000 feet
- Aid Stations: Main aid station at mile 15 with pickles, cookies, chips, soda, salt, crackers, etc. Water only at miles 6, 9, 21, and 24.
- Required Gear Per Loop: 32 oz fluids, 500 calories. Failure to carry required gear results in disqualification.
