Open Water Swim - in the mighty St. Lawrence River

Location: L'Héritage Public Secondary School, Montreal Road, Cornwall, ON, Canada

Come test run (swim) the water portion of the Cornwall Triathlon. No guarantees the water will be warm, but still a good opportunity to test out your training.

Important details:

• No life guards will be present
• Minimum age to participate: 16
• All participants need to be able to complete the event without assistance of others.
• This is a swim at your own risk event.

Fees

750M (one lap)
CMC Members: FREE
Non-Members: $10.00 (pay day of event)

1500M (two laps)
CMC Members: FREE
Non-Members: $10.00 (pay day of event)

Parking

The gates at Heritage won't be open, so there will be a walk from where you park, to where the event is held in the river. There are two very convenient locations, please see the map below.

Yellow - St. Lawrence College / River Institute: Cross the bridge, follow the bike path (red on the map)
Yellow - Kirkman Court: Follow access route to the bike path, turn right (red on the map)

Olympic Distance - 1500M
