Corre Con Dignidad 5K

Race Information

The Corre Con Dignidad 5K is scheduled for Sunday, November 30, 2025, starting at 9:00 AM EST. This event is held at Sandy Creek Park in Athens, GA.

Price: $30.00. Prices increase after November 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

Gate Entry Fee: A $2.00 entry fee applies to each person aged 4-64 entering Sandy Creek Park.

Description: This is a family-friendly environment to come and spend time outdoors and help to support our small organization. We are an organization of 15 volunteers who strive bring our Latinx roots to Athens with community, culture, food, music, events etc. Together, we’ll raise funds to provide direct assistance, emotional support, and resources for those navigating hardship, displacement, or uncertainty.

Race Day Schedule

• 8:00 AM: Packet Pickup and Race Day Registration
• 9:00 AM: Race Start
• 10:00 AM: Awards Ceremony

Course

The course is a USATF Certified course and runs entirely inside the confines of the park on a paved surface.

T-Shirts

To guarantee a t-shirt, register by November 15, 2025. After that date, t-shirts are not guaranteed and will be available as supply lasts.

Awards

Awards are given to Overall Male / Female, Masters Male/Female, and the following Male / Female Age Groups: 10 and Under, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and Over.

The Corre Con Dignidad 5K is a member of the Black Bag Race Series. Finish line management and timing provided by Classic Race Services.

Inclement Weather Policy: In case of storms, the race start time may be delayed in 15-minute increments. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather.
