Triathlon Format
The event consists of three core components: swimming, biking, and running, held in a fun and safe atmosphere.
Age Group Distances:
- 3-5 Years: 20m Swim, 150m Bike, 250m Run
- 6-7 Years: 25m Swim, 1.5km Bike, 500m Run
- 8-9 Years: 50m Swim, 5km Bike, 1km Run
- 10-11 Years: 100m Swim, 5km Bike, 1.5km Run
- 12-13 Years: 200m Swim, 10km Bike, 2km Run
- 14-15 Years: 300m Swim, 10km Bike, 3km Run
- 16-17 Years: 300m Swim, 10km Bike, 3km Run
Registration & Fees
Registration fees are kept affordable with the inclusion of racing kits, timing chips, and Triathlon Ontario coverage. Support is available for qualifying families through The Children's Foundation.
Cancellation Policy
Participants can cancel by May 25th for a 50% refund. After this date, refunds are not guaranteed.
