The Centraide 2025 Walk/Run of the City of Montreal is back with several new features! This year, you will feel the speed under your feet while admiring the latest mosaiculture exhibition! Join the 1300 people who registered last year and come walk 3km or run 5km with us! It's a unique opportunity to exercise as a team, connect with colleagues from other units, and contribute to a great cause. A virtual component will also take place from October 11 to 25, 2025.

In-person challenge: 5km run or 3km walk on October 2nd.
Virtual challenge: At least 5 hours of physical activity between October 11th and 25th.
Combined challenge: Participate in both in-person and virtual challenges.

Registration fees:
Early bird registration (June 20 - August 10): $28.00
Regular registration (August 11 - September 26): $33.00
Combined challenge registration (early bird): $45.00
Combined challenge registration (regular): $50.00
Virtual only registration (until October 25th): $22.00
