This event lasts 2 hours and features a unique workout format organized by Cross Cardio, designed to be approachable for any group and doable anywhere.
Each location will become the stage for a unique performance. Every stop will always be different and original. Our mission is to convey the value and benefits of physical activity as a valid means to combat individual sedentariness.
