Join us for the D.A.S.H In Life 5K on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 7:30 AM! This event is dedicated to honoring Veterans with devotion, admiration, service, and honor. We will hold the event at the scenic Brevard Veterans Memorial Center in Merritt Island, FL.

Event Highlights:

Individual 5K Run/Walk
Virtual 5K Run/Walk
Awards for top finishers
Unique pinning ceremony for Veterans
Challenge Coin for all finishers

Registration details:

The cost is $25, with a special price of $20 for children aged 0-12. Prices will increase after September 8, 2025.

Packet Pickup

November 7: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM at Running Zone, Melbourne, FL.
November 8: 6:30 AM - 7:15 AM at Brevard Veterans Memorial Center.

Amenities

Race T-shirts for early registrants and post-race drinks and nutrition will be provided. Strollers are welcome!
