Description: Dave's Spring In-Training Program offers personal coaching with a training plan designed to help you reach your goal. All plans start on Monday, January 5th, 2026. The Mercy Health Glass City Marathon and Savage 5K will be the target events for all the programs. Each program has different pace groups to meet individual needs and dedicated coaches to assist each group. Join hundreds of other runners who enjoy Training the Dave's Way!

Saturday Long Run: Every Saturday @ 8:00 AM at varying locations throughout the Toledo area.
