Description: Test your mettle against the elements as you run along the icy St. Lawrence! Choose between 10k, Half Marathon, or Full Marathon. The course is a flat, fast out-and-back from Rec Park to Tibbetts Point Lighthouse. Runners will receive a medal and t-shirt; full marathon finishers also receive the DENFIT SPEAR.

Details: The 10k is one lap, the half marathon is two laps, and the full marathon is four laps. There will be hot showers, refreshments, a fire, music, and aid stations. The full marathon is limited to 100 runners, with a total participation cap of 200 runners. Parking is free, with a suggested donation to a local non-profit. Runners should bring a safety light due to potential weather conditions. There will be no weather cancellations unless a NYS-issued travel ban is in effect.
