Welcome to the 2025 Dizzy Fifties! Welcome to the 21st annual Dizzy Fifties 50K trail run. This is a great course for a first time 50K runner or for seasoned ultra runners as well. The course will be 3 loops starting from the biker pavilion inside Monte Sano State Park. Packet pickup will be at Gold Sprint Coffee on Friday 11/14 from 12-6pm and race morning, Saturday 11/15 at 6-7am at the Bikers Pavilion. Be sure to register by 11/01 to guarantee shirt sizes. Any registrations after 11/01 will be subject to availability for shirt sizes.

Race Details

The 2025 50k will start and finish at the bikers pavilion. Race start time will be 7:00am. The course will utilize the same trails as last year. Total elevation gain should be around 3000 feet. There will be one aid station located inside the pavilion with traditional aid station fare- sweet, salty, sodas and water. If you require a specific type of nutrition, it is suggested that you plan accordingly. There is enough space on picnic tables inside the pavilion to set up your own aid where you will have a total of 5 opportunities to access aid. The cutoff will be 9 hours as in previous years. This years race will be cupless. As with all HTC races, bicycles, skateboards, baby joggers/strollers, roller skates or inline skates, animals(including dogs), and personal music players are not allowed in the race. We love our furry friends, but unfortunately we cannot have dogs on the course or inside the pavilion. PLEASE DO NOT WEAR HEADPHONES during the race. The race runs on many single-track trails, and you will not be able to hear other runners, hikers, or bikers if they need to get your attention or are just being friendly.
