About the Event
Do Hard Things 5k Run/Walk & 9.11-Mile Run or Ruck
Join us on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Coopers Landing in Columbia, MO, for the Do Hard Things 5k Run/Walk & 9.11 Mile Run or Ruck challenge! Participants can choose between a 5k run/walk or a 9.11 Mile Run or Ruck challenge. In the Ruck challenge, marchers carry 10 lbs (lightweight) or 35 lbs (heavyweight) on their backs (provided by participant). A portion of the event proceeds will benefit the Veterans Community Project.

- 9.11 Mile Run: $50, 7:30 AM CDT
- 9.11 Mile Ruck: $50, 7:30 AM CDT
- 5K Walk/Run: $25, 9:11 AM CDT
- 9.11 Mile Run - Virtual: $75
- 9.11 Mile Ruck - Virtual: $75
- 5k Walk/Run - Virtual: $45

- Friday, September 12: 4:00 PM-6:00 PM at Fleet Feet, 10 W Nifong Blvd #113, Columbia, MO 65203
- Saturday, September 13: 6:30 AM-7:15 AM (9.11-Mile), 6:30 AM-8:50 AM (5k) at Cooper's Landing
