Description

Dash for your donut at the Donut Dash 5K and 1K fun run for kids. A fast and flat course around the lake and out and back along Deschutes Parkway. Race starts and finishes at Heritage Park in Olympia, WA. Be sure to register early to guarantee your spot. The race is limited to 400 participants and we sold out in 2025!

Registration

• Kids Dash (12 and under): Free
• 5K $35 – Through March 7, 2026
• $40 -- March 8, 2026 through March 14, 2026
• $45 -- Day-of race
• Club Oly Members receive $5 off with membership or club code at checkout.
• Groups of 4 registering together: $10 off per person
• Groups of 5 or more registering together: $13 off per person
• Group registrations are not eligible for the member discount.

Day of Race Details

• 7:20 to 8:20 am: Packet pickup
• 8:45 am: Kids Dash (1K)
• 9:00 am: 5K race starts
• 10:00 am: Awards for 5K race

Awards

Top 3 overall men, women, nonbinary for the 5K and top 3 in each age group. Age groups are every 10 years.

Swag

Participants of the 5k will receive a Donut Dash T-shirt. The deadline to guarantee your shirt is 2/27/2026. Kids will receive a ribbon/medal.
