Let’s run into August – together & relaxed! Our Beginner Girls Run is for everyone who enjoys exercise, girl vibes & real connections – without any pressure to perform. Whether you're just starting out running or simply want to run at a relaxed pace – you're in the right place!

What awaits you:

• 5 km run at a relaxed pace (approx. 7 min/km)
• Warm-up, group run & relaxed cool-down
• Time for chatting & meeting new girls
• Lots of motivation & lots of fun

Meeting point: Fontäne "Jröner Jong" in Hofgarten, Düsseldorf

Time: Meeting point from 7:00 PM, start approx. 7:15 PM (Late? No stress – we'll wait!)
