Our Beginner Girls Run is for everyone who wants movement, girl vibes & real connections – completely without performance pressure. Whether you're just starting to run or want to join in a relaxed pace – you're exactly right with us!

Girls, we'll run 5km together at a beginner level (7 min/km pace) – in the dark with glow sticks! As a special, we'll all come in cute costumes – whether fairy wings, ballerina, cat ears, mouse, or even Mario Kart – everything is allowed! 👻 And the best part: there's a costume contest with a surprise for the three coolest outfits!

What awaits you:

• 5 km Run at a relaxed pace (approx. 7 min/km)
• Warm-up, joint run & relaxed cool-down
• Time to chat & meet new girls
• Cool costumes and glowsticks
