Course Information

Individual Duathlon: 1.5 mile run, 3 mile bike, 1.5 mile run
Relay Duathlon: Person 1 runs 1.5 miles, Person 2 bikes 3 miles, Person 1 runs 1.5 miles

Fees

• Individual Cost: $20.00 (includes custom shirt, finisher medal, and chip timing)
• Relay Cost: $30.00 total ($15.00 each), relay members will receive custom shirts, finisher medals, and chip timing

Note: Helmets are required on the bike. Please familiarize yourself with the course beforehand as it includes sharp and narrow trails.
