- Olympic Triathlon: 1500 meter swim, 24-mile bike, 6.2-mile run
- Sprint Triathlon: 750-meter swim, 12-mile bike ride, 3.1-mile run
- Mini-Sprint Triathlon: 400-meter swim, 12-mile bike ride, 1.5-mile run
- Olympic Aquabike: 1500 meter swim, 24-mile bike ride
- Sprint Duathlon: 1.5-mile run, 12-mile bike ride, 3.1-mile run
- Olympic Relay: Team up for the Olympic Triathlon
- Sprint Relay: Team up for the Sprint Triathlon
