About the Event
Express Your Superpower 5K 10K Fun Run and Tot Trot
Grab your super suit and cape and join us for the 11th Annual Express Your SuperPower 5K/10K, Tot Trot, and Fun Run, presented by the Northwest Georgia Breastfeeding Coalition and Georgia Breastfeeding Coalition. This event takes place at Etowah River Park and Heritage Park in Canton, Georgia.
Proceeds support: The MedMilk Project: Building Georgia’s Milk Bank. The race also highlights World Breastfeeding Week.
Race Day Schedule:
- Race Day Registration and packet pickup begins at 7:00 AM EDT
- Tot Trot starts at 8:00 AM EDT
- Fun Run starts at 8:05 AM EDT
- 5K and 10K starts at 8:30 AM EDT
Virtual 5K and 10K: Participants receive a shirt but not awards. Times must be submitted by noon on October 4th, 2025.
Shirts: Guaranteed if registered before 9/21/25.
Awards: 5K and 10K awards presented to top Overall Male and Female, Overall Masters Male and Female, and standard age groups.
Other Information: Races will go on in case of rain, but may be delayed or canceled in severe weather. No refunds.
