Falmouth 4-Miler

Join us for the Falmouth 4-Miler, a flat and fast out and back road race that takes place in Falmouth, Maine. The race is open to runners of all levels and abilities, and makes donations to the Falmouth High School XC and Track Teams.

The course is 4 miles long and offers a great opportunity to challenge yourself and set a new personal best. The race starts and finishes at the Falmouth Community Park, located at 18 Winn Rd in Falmouth.

We offer $100 cash prizes for the overall winners, and the course records are held by Camden Black Ingersoll (male, 20:18 in 2022) and Erica Jesseman (female, 21:59 in 2014).

All registered participants by March 16th will receive a race shirt. We also offer age group, running club, corporate, and open team awards.

Early bird registration is $24 until January 15th, and $28 until race day. Race day registration is $35 and takes place from 7:30AM to 8:57AM. Please note that we do not offer refunds.

In the event of catastrophic weather, a public health crisis, or extreme events beyond race managements’ control, every effort will be made to hold the race on an alternate date. If this is not possible, the race will be transformed to a virtual event where participants run the course and submit their results on their own.
