- 8:45 AM – 1 mile fun run start
- 9:15 AM – 10K Start
- 9:30 AM – 5K Start
Prior to the race, Precision Performance & Physical Therapy will conduct a dynamic warmup to prepare participants. There will also be injury screening available on race day.
* Unfortunately, we cannot allow dogs or strollers on the course for safety and liability reasons. *
