Location: Preservation Park, 1600 Thompson's Station Rd West, Thompson's Station, TN

Course: Choose between a 5K and 10K trail run. The 10K is double the 5K course, dog-friendly, and welcomes participants of all ages.

Registration

Registration closes on Friday, April 18, at 11:59 PM CT. Foster children and families run for free. Please be honest in your registration to help maximize support for the cause.

Packet Pick-Up

Friday, April 18: Fleet Feet Cool Springs, 4:00-6:30 PM, 545 Cool Springs Blvd, Suite 161, Franklin, TN 37067
Race Day: Preservation Park from 7:00-7:45 AM.

Schedule for Race Day

• 7:00 - 7:45 AM: Packet pick-up
• 7:55 AM: Line up & pre-race comments
• 8:00 AM: Race start for both 5K & 10K
• Awards ceremony immediately after the conclusion of the races.

Awards

Awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners of each category:

• 1st place finishers will receive good awards of monetary value.
• Age group awards will be given for each race in categories from 12 and under up to 80-89.

Course Description

The course is a looped trail, featuring a mix of grass, cross country surfaces, and technical paths. Participants should follow marked flags and adhere to the leave no trace principles. Enjoy the scenic trails and beautiful wildflowers!
