FEAR Track Thursday
We're partnering with Runmomentum to build the foundation of our runners! Meet us on the Riverside High School outdoor track for the scheduled sessions.
Building a stronger core, better endurance and working on speed training will be the focus of Track Thursday!
2025 Waiver Form must be completed by ALL runners, even if you've run with FEAR MKE in the past.

ABOUT FEAR MKE
FEAR MKE is a diverse run crew who focuses on bridging the fitness gap in the Milwaukee by introducing running as a method of being active, staying fit and, in turn, building relationships with others.
FEAR is not just geared toward the “traditional” runner but all levels of running – experienced, new and those still on the couch. Diversity is key and making sure all runners, especially minority runners, are represented.
