Greetings family! My name is Jean-rey! Owner and founder of FermaCulture Kombucha. The kombuchathon is a monthly running experience. The experience includes a miler. A 5k. This coming experience on Now 16th is featuring a pullup and pushup contest. There will be meditation, breathwork and sound healing included to ground and prepare us for a barefoot run down the beach and back up through a beach mangrove trail at Dania beach state park. There will be be medals and prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place! Handcrafted gourmet kombucha to sample and and available for purchase, as well as high quality plant based protein powder and protein snacks and herbal medicines avaible for purchase.
