Fighting the Fight Within 5K (FFW)

The Fighting the Fight Within 5K (FFW) is a fundraising event that includes a 5K timed run and a 2-mile tribute walk. The event will be held at the Veterans Serving Veterans (VSV) Community Park located at 3740 S. 41 Rd. in Cadillac, MI. Funds raised will support the VSV's outreach center, transitional housing, and scholarships.

5K Timed Run: 10:00 AM EDT. Awards will be given to the top male and female runners overall, and the top 3 in various age groups.

2-Mile Tribute Walk: 10:05 AM EDT

Registration Opens: April 21, 2025

Pricing:

• 5K: $35 (April 21 - July 9), $40 (July 10 - August 6)
• 2-Mile Walk: $22 (kids 5 and under free)

Race Day Schedule:

• Onsite check-in: 8:00-9:15 AM
• Opening remarks: 9:30-9:45 AM
• Closing Ceremony/Awards: 11:30 AM
