Join the FilOz Happy Triathlon 2026 for a day of endurance and fun at the Sydney International Regatta Centre.

Event Schedule:

• 6:15am - Gate Opens
• 6:30am - Start of Registration and Bike Check-In
• 7:30am - 8:15am - Race Start
• 7:45am - Happy Club Distance Start - Male
• 7:45am - Kids Duathlon
• 7:50am - Happy Club Distance Start - Female and Relay Team
• 8:15am - Enticer Selfie Start - Male and Female
• 8:45am - FilOz Duathlon Start
• 9:00am - FilOz Fun Run (8kms/4kms)
• 11:00am - Awarding Ceremony
• 12:00pm - Closing / Gate Closed

• Enticer Selfie: 250m swim / 15km bike / 2.5km run
• Happy Club Distance: 1km swim / 25km bike / 8km run
• Happy Club Distance Relay Team: 1km swim / 25km bike / 8km run
• FilOz Duathlon: 2.5km run / 25km bike / 4km run
• Kids Duathlon: 500m run / 2kms Bike / 1km run
• Fun Run and Walk: 4 kms or 8kms

• * Individual registration: +10AUD one-day license for non-TA member
