The Fire Zone 5k is hosted by the Lockport fire foundation, marking the first walk/run event for the organization.

- Location: Hassert Park parking lot, 19623 W Renwick Road, Lockport, IL 60441, US
- Course: 5k loop utilizing the Forest preserve trail
Participants will receive a t-shirt and finisher medal. Top three finishers in age groups will receive separate winners pins. Packet pickup will be on October 3, 2025, from 7:30 AM to 4 PM at 19623 Renwick Road, Lockport, IL.
