Course Overview

• Surface: Technical rock and dirt single track, rocky/rooty trails, & steps
• Course: The Grand Hiking Loop of Ruth and Paul Henning Conservation Area
• Elevation: Very Hilly 400ft of gain every 3 miles
• Weather: Average Historic Temperatures 70-80 degrees for morning

Cupless Race: Please bring a cup or bottle, we don't serve cups!

Location and Times

The start and finish are located at Ruth and Paul Henning Conservation Area. Please arrive early to ensure enough time to use restroom and pickup bib.

• 6AM to 6:50AM - Packet Pickup
• 6:50AM - Race Brief
• 7:00AM - 10K Starts
• 7:05AM - 5K Starts
• 8:00AM - 5K Awards
• 8:30AM - 10K Awards
• 9:00AM - Cutoff (2 Hours)

Registration Information

Registration closes at midnight before the races start or at 100 participant capacity. No race day registration is available.
