First Strides Allentown Summer/Fall 2025

Location: Lehigh Parkway, Allentown, PA 18103
Description: A 10-week program to help you comfortably progress to a healthy habit of walking, jogging, or running at a pace that is right for you. First Strides® meets weekly; please come dressed for activity. Our workout program includes: local experts offering short fitness and wellness presentations; gentle warm-up exercises; group walk/run (determined by pace); post-workout stretches; tips, techniques, and guidance from group mentors.
Options:
- Tuesday Evenings: $45 (until July 22, then $50)
- Thursday Evenings: $45 (until July 24, then $50)
- Both Tuesday and Thursday Evenings: $85 (until July 22, then $90)
