Flannels and Flapjacks

Join us for the Flannels and Flapjacks event, a fun-filled trail run and race taking place in Wainer and Inspiration Parks in Edinboro, PA. Lace up your running shoes and put on your favorite flannel or flannel patterned clothes as you tackle the 5k race or the Kids Fun Run.

The 5k race covers a distance of 3.1 miles and is open to participants of all ages and abilities. The registration fee for the 5k race is $30.00 per person.

For the little ones, we have the Kids Fun Run, covering a distance of 0.5 miles. This race is free of charge, so bring your kids along for a morning of fun and fitness.

As a special treat, each registrant for the 5k race will receive 3 pancakes included in their registration fee. If you want to enjoy more pancakes, additional stacks can be purchased for $5.00 per person. This way, even non-running family members can join in the post-race pancake feast.

In addition to pancakes, we will also have water, hot cocoa, and coffee available for all participants. So whether you're running or cheering on your loved ones, you can stay hydrated and warm throughout the event.

All proceeds from this event will go towards the Washington Township Park and Recreation Committee, supporting improvements to the Township parks. By participating in this event, you'll not only have a great time but also contribute to the betterment of our community.
