Race Info
The FLEXgivin' 5k is a Thanksgiving Morning 5K Family Walk/Run, a longtime local favorite formerly hosted by the YMCA, now brought back by Boone FLEX. Join us for a fun, festive, and informal morning all about community, movement, and giving back.
Each participant is encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item to donate to our local food pantry. Let’s move with gratitude and make a difference together!
Gather your family and friends, lace up your shoes, and start your Thanksgiving off right — with a great community, and a great cause.
***This event is self-timed and features a fairly flat course***
Registration includes a T-shirt! (Please register by Nov. 13 to guarantee your shirt.)
