About the Event
Fly the Flag 5K/2K
Start your holiday celebrating America on the Fourth of July! This event includes a timed 5K run and a non-timed 2K run/walk. Finisher medals will be awarded to the first 200 participants. Race awards will be given to top overall finishers and the top three in each age group. The event supports local first responders. Fly your flag from Flag Day (June 14th) to July 4th and share your photos!
Course: Along the paths and around the lake of the Fairgrounds.
Cost: 5K: $30 (Adults); Non-timed 2K & Kids: $25; Under 3 are free. Shirts are an extra $15 through 6/23 and not included in the entry fee.
Packet Pickup: 6:30 - 7:15 am on race day.
Race Awards: Top Overall Male & Female and Top 3 in each 10-year Age Group
Please Note: No refunds will be given due to weather or for any other reason. Registrations cannot be transferred after February 1st. Unclaimed shirts will be sold after the race.
