Join us for The Foundation 5000, hosted by UF Health St. Johns Foundation. This community event is aimed at supporting the UF Health St. Johns Care Connect Mobile Outreach Clinic. Our 5K race will support the foundation’s ongoing efforts to provide medical assistance to our community's most vulnerable populations. With your participation and contributions, the Foundation will continue its commitment of access to health care for all. Mark your calendars and rally your friends and family for a day filled with fitness, philanthropy and community spirit. Together, we will continue to make a difference in our community.
