Description: This event includes two races: the Foundations 4 Hope 5K and the Jerry Can 5K Relay. The 5K is a run or walk suitable for all ages. The Jerry Can 5K Relay is a three-person relay race where each team carries a Jerry can filled with water (5 gallons for men's teams, 3 gallons for women's teams). The race ends when the last team member crosses the finish line. All ages are welcome!
Registration:
Foundations 4 Hope 5K: $35 per person ($105 per 3-man team)
Jerry Can 5K Relay: $35 per team
Registration ends October 25, 2025 at 11:59pm CDT
Purpose: To support the local church in East Africa by providing communities with Christian leaders, churches, clean water, and medicine.
