Description: Come out and join us for our Freedom From Seizures 5K South in Dover, DE! Meet us at The Greene Turtle Bar & Grille before the race, then come back for our post-race celebration and awards ceremony. Enjoy delicious food, beer, seltzers, and juice! Registering will help raise funds for essential support programs, raise awareness for, and reduce stigma in epilepsy. Your participation enables us to continue our mission.

Awards: Medals will be given to overall male/female, overall male/female masters, and top 3 in each age group (9 and under, 10-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+). Awards also for top individual fundraiser, top team fundraiser, and largest team.

Registration: Register by September 20, 2024 to be guaranteed a race shirt. Registration opens July 14, 2025 at 8:00am EDT.
