Distances: 15K, 4.7 Mile, Kid's 1 Miler

The Endurance Society's annual Snowshoe Festival includes a Kids Race (1 mile loop or out and back), a 4.7 mile single loop with about 750' of gain, and a 15k single loop with approximately 2300’ of gain.

Details:

• Bib Pickup will be available 2 hours before the start of the race.
• Distances start at 9:00 AM SATURDAY, February 28th, 2026.
• All participants will receive a finisher award.
• Top male and female racers of each distance will receive awards.
• Custom Endurance Society Medals and Swag for all finishers.

Snow Shoe Rentals: Available on a first come first serve basis (addon during registration). Moreau lake also has MSR rentals available directly at the main park office.

Mandatory Gear: Snowshoes.

Restrooms will be Port-a-John in the parking lot. Hot Food and Aid will be at the Finish line.

Course Descriptions: All distances will have the same start and finish, on the beach in front of the nature center.

• 1 mile Kids Race: .5 mile out and back.
• 4.7 mile: Starts on the same course as other distances, runs the first .9 miles before it splits and rejoins for the last 1.5 miles.
• 15K: Starts and finishes the same as all other distances.
