Frozen Trash Panda

Event Details

Welcome to the Frozen Trash Panda, taking place on January 3, 2026, at 8:00 AM at Monte Sano State Park in Huntsville, AL. This is the second race of the Winter Wild Thangs Trail Series, featuring both a 1/2 Marathon and a 10K race.

Registrations and Closing Date

Registration closes on December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM CT. The race is limited to 400 runners.

Perks

All runners will receive a t-shirt and a finisher award. The t-shirt design will be the same for the entire series. Enjoy delicious Marco's Pizza at the finish line!

Aid Stations

A variety of refreshments like water, Gatorade, GU, pretzels, and more will be provided at the aid stations.

Volunteering

Volunteers are always needed and are offered free entry into future races based on their hours worked.

Weather Policy

In case of severe weather, the start may be delayed or the event may be canceled. Cutoffs will be loose to encourage participation.
