HYROX Simulation at Hyperlift Arena

Experience the ultimate HYROX challenge, solo or in pairs, at the Hyperlift Arena. This event features a complete simulation of the HYROX discipline, combining an 8km run with all the official stations.

• Distances: 8 km run interspersed with the following stations:
• 1000 m Skierg
• 50 m Sled Push
• 50 m Sled Pull
• 80 m Burpee Broad Jump
• 1000 m Row
• 200 m Farmers Carry
• 100 m Sandbag Lunges
• 100 Wall Balls

There is no time limit, allowing participants to complete each station at their own pace. Qualified coaches will be present to offer technique advice and performance optimization tips.

Participants will receive a downloadable photo package and a collectible Hypercoin patch. Collecting 5 Hypercoins earns the "Hyperlift Hero" patch. Isotonic drinks are included; bring your own water bottle.

Previous simulations have been highly successful and well-received.
