About the Event
FUN FIT 5K / 10K with the CHALLENGE 5K
This event takes place on Saturday, July 19, 2025, in Pompano Beach, FL. Participants can choose from three options: Fun Fit 5K Challenge, Fun Fit 5K Run / Walk, and Fun Fit 10K Run / Walk. The course is located at the Pompano Air Park. Parking is available at the South End of the Galuppi's Parking Lot. Each participant receives a club T-Shirt, Finisher Medal, and Signature bib.
Fun Fit 5K Challenge: This option includes completing 10 reps of various exercises every half-mile (JUMPING JACKS, SIT UPS, LUNGES, AIR SQUATS, PUSHUPS, BURPEES).
