Event Information
The Gazelle Sports ELITE Mile has been the best high school Indoor Mile field in the Midwest since its inception in 2013. This invitation-only event, sponsored by New Balance, takes place on the fast 300 Meter track at the Kelly Family Sports Center, located on the beautiful campus of Grand Valley State University.

Qualification Standards
To be considered for the ELITE Mile, an athlete must have a qualifying 1600m time or equivalent performance:
- Boys Qualifying Time: 4:20.71
- Girls Qualifying Time: 5:02.34
Achieving the standard does not guarantee entry into the field.
