About the Event

GenesisHR Battlegreen Run 2025

The GenesisHR Battlegreen Run will be celebrating its 30th running on Sunday, November 2, 2025, in Lexington, MA! Since its inception in 1996, it has become one of the most popular road race events in New England. This unique race includes a stirring rendition of the Star Spangled Banner by Todd Angilly (voice of the Boston Bruins), accompanied by musket fire from the Lexington Minute Men. All in-person participants receive a 30-year anniversary commemorative medal.
There's also an optional virtual run! Participants can run their chosen distance anytime between November 2nd and 8th, 2025, posting results by 11:59 PM on November 8th. Off-site parking and a free shuttle service are available from Minuteman High School (758 Marrett Rd, Lexington, MA 02421).
