Girls on the Run Denver Metro 5K

Each season comes to an end with a celebratory 5K. This closing event gives program participants of all abilities a tangible sense of accomplishment. Crossing the finish line instills confidence through completion and is a joyful moment program participants always remember! Everyone in our program receives a commemorative medal to celebrate this incredible achievement.

Date: Sunday, November 9, 2025

Time: 8 AM - Bib Pick-Up and Race Day Registration opens. 9:00 AM - Pink and Blue Pod arrival. 9:30 AM - Purple and Blue Pod arrival. 10:00 AM - official 5K Start Time

Location: Empower Field at Mile High, Denver - The start and finish lines are located west of Parking Lots D and G on Mile High Stadium Circle, 1701 Bryant Street, Denver, CO 80204 US

Pricing: Online (through Wednesday, November 5 at 11:59 PM) - $29.00. In-Person (Race Day) - $35.00. NO REFUNDS. Insurance is available through RunSignUp.

Notes: Girls on the Run participants' bibs will be handed out by their coaches at their team signs on race day. There is NO early bib pick-up for this event. The 5K giveaway items are on a first come, first served basis. There is NO guarantee you will receive an item for race day registration. Girls on the Run 5K events are celebratory, non-competitive races. Community Runners will NOT be timed.
