Event Details:

Spend an exciting winter weekend in Florida and experience Italian flair, fare, and fun in Sunny Miami Florida! The world famous Giro d’Italia professional cycling race has created a new event for amateur cyclists and cycling enthusiasts called the Giro d’Italia Ride Like A Pro. This event provides a fun-filled Italian atmosphere for recreational and competitive cyclists of all levels. Race Central is at City Place, located in Doral Florida and America’s Magic City, Miami, Florida.

Meet Grand Marshal Owen Shott, the 2022 and 2023 National Gran Fondo Champion.

The 4 Mile Kids Quattro event is a four mile closed course and was created for families with younger children that want to participate. ALL registrants on Saturday receive an event shirt, a custom finishers medal, a commemorative bib, and free entry to Tour of Italy Village Expo.

The Gran Fondo Race offers the 85-mile open course race with 4 timed sections, the 56-mile Medio course with 3 timed sections, or the 35-mile Piccolo course with 2 timed sections. ALL registrants on Sunday receive a custom event jersey, a commemorative medallion, a race bib, free entry to Tour of Italy Village Expo, a ticket to the Great Pasta Dinner on Saturday evening, lunch provided at the Food Truck "Piazza" and a chance to stand on the podium at the Premio Stage and accept your award for placing TOP 3 in your age group!

• 11 am: 4 Mile Kids Quattro Fun Rider Start
• 5 pm – 6:30 pm: Classico Pasta Dinner & Race Briefing - 1st Seating
• 6:30 pm – 8 pm: Classico Pasta Dinner & Race Briefing - 2nd Seating
• 8 pm – 9:30 pm: Classico Pasta Dinner & Race Briefing - 3rd Seating
• 8:30 pm: Tour of Italy Expo Village Closes

Sunday - February 8, 2026

• 5:00 am – 6:45 am: Gran Fondo Race & Ragazzi Fun Ride Packet Pickup
• 6:00 am – 3 pm: Tour of Italy Expo Village Open
• 5:30 am – 5 pm: Bag Drop Off / Pick Available
• GRAN FONDO RACE: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 7 am: Gran Fondo, Medio, & Piccolo Distance Race Start
• 10 am – 3:30 pm: Italian Luncheon at the Piazza
• 10 am – 2 pm: Entertainment at Premio Stage
• 12:30 pm: Piccolo Awards Presentation at Premio Stage
• 2:30 pm: Medio Awards Presentation at Premio Stage
• 3:30 pm: Gran Fondo Awards Presentation at Premio Stage
