The Give Life NY 5K Run/Walk is a fundraising event to raise awareness for organ donation. It includes the Give Life NY 5K Run/Walk, Give Life NY 5K VIRTUAL Run/Walk, and Give Life NY Kids 1/4 Mile Fun Run.

Virtual 5K:

• Registration ends: October 19, 2025 at 6:00pm EDT
• Price: $35.00

Kids 1/4 Mile Fun Run:

• Date: Sunday, October 19, 2025
• Time: 8:00AM - 8:15AM EDT
• Price: Free

Bib Pickup:

• Friday, October 17, 12 PM - 5:00 PM at Sayville Running Company, 35 Overton St., Sayville
• Saturday, October 18, 12 PM - 4:00 PM at Runner's Edge, 242 Main St. Farmingdale, NY 11735
• Sunday, October 19, 7:15 AM - 8:15 AM at race check-in

Awards: All participants receive a finisher's medal. Additional awards given to top finishers in various categories.

Amenities: In-person 5K registrants receive a long-sleeve shirt, medal, and refreshments. Door prizes available.
