The 38th Annual Gobble Wobble 5k on Thanksgiving Day is back at Buhl Park, Hermitage, PA! Race day registration opens at 8:00 AM and the race will begin promptly at 9:30 AM. This year, all proceeds benefit the Shenango River Watchers. A Thanksgiving Day Tradition - The Shenango Valley’s largest 5k!

Pre-registration (until midnight November 25, 2025): $10 per person
Race day registration: $15 per person

T-shirts are available for an additional charge. Pre-order to ensure you get one before they sell out! Preordered T-shirts must be ordered before November 11th, 2025 to be guaranteed.

Race day registration begins at 8:00am. Race starts promptly at 9:30am.

Course Map and Description

The starting line and finish line are both located near Shelter 4 across from the Buhl Casino. Participants will travel East across the starting line, loop around the Kite Field, head West around Lake Julia, continue South through the park, making a left turn at the Gatehouse to head East past the Buhl statues. Participants will then follow the route past the Inclusive Playground, Shelter 2, and then take on the Kite Hill before crossing the finish line.

Bib and T-shirt Pickup

If you are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms (COVID or otherwise) please DO NOT come to the bib and T-shirt pickup or the race!

We will have bib and T-shirt pickup from 5:00-7:30 PM Wednesday November 26th at the Buhl Park Casino.

Race Day Registration

We will be having race day registration in the Buhl Park Casino but we strongly encourage you to register online prior to the race as it makes for a more enjoyable race morning for everyone.
